Postage Costs:

Postage within UK mainland is FREE on all orders over £30! £3.50 postage for orders under £30

EU mainland prices range from £5 - £35 depending on product/s purchased

EU Islands prices range from £10 - £55 depending on product/s purchased

Rest of the world prices range from £15 - £250 depending on product/s purchased

Order Processing:

Most orders will be processed within 24hrs, however some orders can take upto 5 working days

Shipping Details:

UK mainland 2-3 business days

EU mainland 4 - 10 business day

EU Islands 7 - 12 business days

Export/Import:

Our prices do NOT include any import tax, you will have to pay this separately if necessary

Returns/Refunds:

All returned items must be in original, sealed, unused condition to obtain a full refund. If we are at fault then we will cover all costs involved, if you have made the error then a 25% surcharge will apply
