Gen II Kits

The 57i GenII or FIPK (Fuel Injection Performance Kit) takes the 57i-kit to the next level by adding a custom designed heat shield and in most cases a plastic intake tube. The heat shield isolates the filter area from hot air coming from the engine or radiator, while the plastic intake tube (partially) replaces the OE intake tract. By isolating the filter area, the heat shield ensures that the intake air temperature drops significantly, and since colder air contains more oxygen, the engine will be able to burn more fuel, resulting in even more power. The plastic intake tube eliminates the turbulence of the often wrinkled OE intake tubes, further increasing air flow and performance. Like the 57i-kit, the FIPK comes with all necessary hardware and instructions necessary.
